Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Most of our orders are delivered within the European Union.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- European Union: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. As our products are shipped directly from the supplier, tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €100
- Orders under €100 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
